Wellness Rituals for Libra Season

Dreamy Libra season has arrived, bringing balance and good times — but don’t lose yourself in the vibe! These self-care rituals are here to help you find harmony, love yourself, and dream big.

Kick off early when you can

It’s all about balance, and fun-loving Libra wants you to do a little less work and a little more play. Not everyone has the luxury of changing a work schedule, but pay attention and watch for an opportunity. If you find yourself working late, ask yourself whether there’s a genuine need to do so or if you’re just doing it compulsively.

Libra season is big on creating love and harmony — but in the process, much like a full-time Libra person, you can lose yourself a little in your social interactions. Have you noticed yourself taking on the mannerisms of those around you, or telling people what they want to hear a little too much?

Direct a little bit of that people-pleasing energy inward. When you only have yourself to worry about, are you making different choices? Remember this time with yourself and carry it forward when you’re with others, too.

Establish (or refresh) your workout routine

Make a plan and stick to it! For those of us that like to go wherever the workout-wind takes us, an actual routine can be challenging, but having an action plan is crucial to sticking to our goals. Planning workouts like appointments, getting a workout buddy, or using the playlist feature on Alo Moves can all be useful. (Here are more tips on staying motivated to work out.)

If you’re already diligent about a routine, this is a great time to take stock of your goals, see if you want to work on something new, and establish a fresh practice.

Make a wish list

Libra season can be a hard time to make decisions, but it’s a great time to dream. Expand your options rather than narrowing them! Make a list of your deepest desires, whether it’s romantic, spiritual, skill-related, or even material. You don’t have to choose any specific goals — just let your imagination run wild for now.

Harness the energy of this extremely social season and draw your inner circle even closer. It doesn’t have to be a high-effort interaction! If you’re normally in a little cocoon, it can just be texting a cute animal pic to a buddy, but if you’re a social butterfly, try something above baseline. Adding just a little more intention to your relationships can allow them to deepen and grow.
