Whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter, a frozen sweet treat is always tempting. Alo Moves instructor Tela Anderson has a better way to indulge in your craving with this healthy chocolate dessert that requires only two easy steps (blend and freeze!) and just a handful of ingredients, like:

Avocados — Highly nutritious, full of vitamins, potassium (more than bananas!), and heart-healthy fats. They lend a creamy texture to these bars.

Bananas — Full of antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin B6, bananas naturally sweeten this healthy frozen dessert and also add to its creaminess.

Cocoa Powder — Rich in polyphenols (naturally occurring antioxidants), cocoa powder brings a rich taste to this quick and delicious treat.

Nut Milk — Using non-dairy milk keeps this frozen dessert vegan.

Maple Syrup — While optional, maple syrup is a better option than other sweeteners due to having antioxidants.

Packed with these healthy ingredients, you’re not limited to just enjoying these fudge pops for dessert either. You can also enjoy them as a quick indulgent breakfast, a post-workout treat, or a midday snack.
