Wellness Rituals and Practices for Sagittarius Season
Intense Scorpio is making way for adventurous, expansive Sagittarius season, so seize that energy! Whether you’re making dreams come true or just having a little fun, this time is for following your own path and seeking freedom wherever you can find it. That might take some letting go — or finding new ways forward in unexpected places.
These self-care ideas could help you aim that arrow toward the stars.
Tap into your intuition
Sagittarius combines the unstoppable nature of a fire sign with the adaptability of a mutable sign. Think less about rules or rubrics this season and more about what feels right. This means learning to really trust your gut.
These three journaling exercises could help you dig into your instincts. Try doing things that require you to make small decisions on the go, too: Maybe take a walk to nowhere or start cooking dinner without a recipe in mind.
These Alo Moves meditations and yoga flows can also help you cut through the clutter and listen to your inner voice:

Get a fresh start on a forgotten passion project
Were you thinking about painting your bathroom, fixing up your bike, or taking up cross-stitch, only to leave an abandoned online shopping cart full of forgotten dreams? It’s a great time to devote some new focus to something you’ve been dreaming of doing but haven’t gotten around to.
Road trip!
You could go with a friend or by yourself, but for Sag season, try to get outside your home base if you can! The goal is exploration, so keep your itinerary flexible and take in as much of your surroundings as you can. Make random pit stops at roadside attractions. Visit tiny museums. Ask lots of questions. Follow what you find interesting rather than what a trip should include.
Do a little Kondo-ing
We’re not telling you to do the full Marie Kondo method from her book “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” on your entire home — although if you want to, by all means! But this is a great time to reflect on what objects spark joy and start clearing out some stuff.
We mention Kondo specifically because her system relies more on gut checks about how things make you feel than immediate usefulness. Save “but will I ever use it/wear it?” for Capricorn or Virgo season. (Although if you find a wardrobe item that delights you but you don’t wear often, this is a great time to start wearing it!)

Expand your movement horizons
What’s in your movement routine? Do you normally stick to yoga, or a certain kind of yoga? Are you leaning too heavily on HIIT? Putting off perfecting your push-up? Never tried Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra? Try something radically different than what you’re used to. If you’re not into it, drop it and find another new thing. You can always return to your favorites whenever you want, but take a look at what’s out there!
