Matcha is a finely ground powder of green tea leaves, which are from the same plant as green tea but processed differently — resulting in more antioxidants, caffeine, and a different nutrient profile than traditional green tea.

Caley Alyssa’s Matcha Recipe
Matcha powder (Caley’s pick: Matchaful)
2/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup steamed or frothed oat milk
1/2 Tbsp honey (Caley’s pick: Beekeeper's Naturals)
1/2 Tbsp ghee
1 Tbsp Tremella mushroom powder (Caley’s pick: Superfeast)
Top with: Sprinkle of cinnamon and fresh lavender
Directions:
Dissolve the matcha powder into hot water. Slowly add milk and stir until the matcha dissolves.
Use a milk frother, hand mixer, or blender (on low speed) to combine the matcha and milk mixture with honey, ghee, and mushroom powder.
Pour into a mug and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and lavender. Enjoy!
