  1. From February 17-23, 2020, take one class per day from the Yoga Sweat Challenge playlist.

  2. Post a photo or video each day on Instagram. Show us your favorite pose from the class or take a video of you practicing.

  3. Follow and tag @YogaWithBriohny, @AloMoves, @AloYoga, #21DayYogaSweat, and #AloMoves to be entered to win 3 free months of Alo Moves and a $100 Alo Yoga gift card!

We’ll announce the challenge winner on Monday, February 24, 2020, on Instagram.


What to expect

The first six classes are taken from Briohny’s 21-Day Yoga Sweat series on Alo Moves. Each Yoga Sweat class contains a powerful ladder flow that will build heat through continuous movement, high-energy repetitions, arm balances, and inversions for a full-body burn in a short period of time. The final class will help you stretch out and de-stress after a long week of invigorating vinyasa.
