What To Expect

Whether you’re looking for a kids yoga class to release energy, work their imagination, or boost their self-esteem, there’s a class for your young yogi. From creative visualizations to animal pose flows, you’re sure to find something to please everyone, with several classes being a great fit for our littlest learners from 2+, while others are perfect for school-age kids for honing focus before a big test or relaxing after a long day of learning.

We’ve broken up our kids yoga classes into 12 different series. Each series has a specific focus, such as our Be Empathy series that promotes emotional intelligence, or a theme, like in our Be Green series that focuses on our children’s connection to the world around us.
