Having one of those days? We feel you. When life seems beyond your control, sometimes you just need to sit back and take a breath. Try these four mantra meditations to calm your mind, reframe your thinking, and bring clarity to your head space.

1. FOR POSITIVITY

“I change my thoughts, I change my world”

Channel positive energy and intention with this powerful phrase. Remember that there are many things you can’t control, but how you perceive and respond to situations is entirely up to you. Be the change you wish to see.

2. For reassurance:

"Each Step Is Taking Me Where I Need To Be."

When your finish line feels miles away, this mantra will remind you of your progress. Every step forward, every setback, and every moment of planning is all part of the journey. Embrace it — you will get there.

3. For gratitude:

"Life Is A Gift."

And that’s why it’s called “the present.” When repeating this mantra, think about all the things you’re grateful for in life, such as your health, the people that care for you, and the small things that make your days brighter (FYI, good hair days count). 

4. For self-confidence:

"I am enough."

We often don’t treat ourselves the way we treat others. The next time you criticize yourself, think, “Would I say this to a friend?” Probably not. Let your drive for improvement come from your personal goals — a place of love and self-fulfillment — and not from others’ expectations of you. No matter where you are in your journey, know that you are worthy. You have what you need. You are doing the best you can. You are enough.
