4 Children’s Meditations for Sleep

Getting children to bed isn’t always an easy feat, especially if they’ve had a long and active day. These 5-minute children’s meditations for sleep were specifically designed to help kids refocus their attention, slow down their breathing, and tap into a more mindful space. By teaching kids mindfulness at a young age, they’ll be better equipped down the road with improved focus, sleep, and reaction to their emotions.

Want to see the difference for yourself? Try these four meditations this week to help center your kids before bed. These Scholastic-approved meditations taught by Alo Moves instructors are just a short sample from our full collection of meditations and yoga classes for children.
