Behind every resolution is a reason. We want to be stronger, faster, and more resilient. We want an outlet for our stress. We want to keep stretching our limits and proving to ourselves — and sometimes others — that we can. There are a million reasons why we choose to move, and this challenge will encourage you to find yours.

Everyone’s goals are different, so your 30-day challenge should be unique to your needs. We’ve created five different tracks for you to choose from based on five different wellness goals.


Choose Your Track

Each track contains a four-week program with five classes each week specifically designed to help you reach your goal. To help you on your journey, we created a calendar-style guide that you can reference to show you which class you’re practicing each day as well as a link to each class. You’ll also find expert tips straight from our world-class yoga, fitness, and mindfulness instructors.

Get Fit
Level up your fitness with this four-week movement track. You’ll mix it up with a medley of HIIT, strength, barre, and more each week to explore a variety of different workouts. This is the perfect track if you’re looking to start a regular workout routine, improve your strength and endurance, and challenge your body in new ways.

Go With the Flow

Dive deep into your practice with this four-week yoga track. Throughout the month, you’ll explore yoga classes with various instructors, styles, and lengths of time to add variety to your routine. Along the way, you’ll enjoy the benefits of daily practice, try new poses, and push yourself to think outside the mat.

Float & Fly

Elevate your yoga practice with this four-week skills track. This is the perfect journey to take if you’ve been curious about arm balances and inversions and you want to put them into practice. While these classes are mostly intermediate to advanced, this track is still accessible for everyone with step-by-step pose breakdowns.

Connect to Calm

Journey into a mindfulness practice with this four-week meditation track. Each week explores various types of meditations, such as mindfulness meditation, sound baths, yoga nidra, and more. This track is all about internal work. You’ll set aside time for yourself on a regular basis, release stress and anxiety, and tap into your most calm and peaceful state.

Find What Moves You

This four-week track has a little bit of everything — yoga, fitness, and meditation. You’ll enjoy this journey if you’re looking for a complete 30-day reset for mind and body. It’s also a great option if you’re a beginner and want to explore all that Alo Moves has to offer. Each week alternates between different styles to give you a balanced, full-spectrum approach to fitness and wellness.


Find What Moves You Giveaway

Enter our Instagram giveaway each week for the chance to win prizes from Alo Moves and Alo Yoga. We’ll randomly select one winner from each week’s entries to receive the weekly prize. At the end of the month, we’ll choose one winner from all the entries to receive the grand prize.
